Who we are
Skye Marketing LTD and LMC Marketing LTD are sister companies operating at the same premises based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
With a further 2 external offices in Derry, Northern Ireland and Cardiff, Wales, we have an evidently successful and ambitious expansion plan that will see our business grow overseas and increase its income and client satisfaction that will lead to more and more clients for us to expand even further.
Skye Marketing LTD operate the marketing for Victoria Jackson Cosmetics while LMC Marketing LTD operate on behalf of TalkTalk. LMC Marketing LTD have in the past worked with MBNA as have Skye Marketing LTD worked with RGS Labs assisting with their FastWax campaign.
For the past 3 years Skye/LMC Marketing LTD have enabled one of their employees to progress into his own office where he now operates his own charities marketing campaign.

How we operate
Skye/LMC Marketing LTD operate in a multi-level career structure. While all employees and managing directors are/were all introduced to the entry-level position upon successful application, every single person that applies to us has the exact same opportunity and ability to progress to our Managing Director level.
With our multi-level structure, each employee progresses through a set structure where at different levels of experience they each get taught requirements that will someday be used to operate other Skye/LMC offices across the British Isles.
These experiences include basic self-management and confidence building to learning how to manage and motivate a team, speak publicly, how to recruit and interview for a business and ultimately manage an office of employees.
Managing Director level within the company is attainable in one year should the candidate be suitable.
